What Business Opportunity Would You Pursue?
Briefly describe a business you would like to own, either now, or in the near future. Identify the business name, the service or product you will market, the location of your business, the target audience, the initial cost of the building and inventory, your marketing strategy, and your goals for the next year, five years, and beyond.

I want to start a mechanic shop. I would start out of my own shop at home and see where it goes. It would be called Gibbons Repair. I don't how much it would cost at the moment. As far as my future goes in the business, I would just see where it goes.
I would like to own a game ranch. I would name it the CJ ranch. On the ranch I would have deer, elk, and some other smaller game. I would like to have it along the South Loup River. It would be for hunters and anyone that wants to come. I'm not sure how much its going to cost. To market it I will really do what ever I could afford. With in five years I would like to be getting done with collage.
My business is interior design. My business name is Design Time. I will be designing the inside or outside of houses. The costs are between 2,000 and 10,000 dollars to start.
I am going to open a fertilizer distribution center. Reese distribution. I will deliver fertilizer. I plan to have businesses all across the world. I plan to target the farmers and gardeners. The cost of the buildings and the land it will be around a million or more. I hope to market the fertilizers early and get good prices for the farmers. I hope to start running it right out of high school.
My business is photography and taking care of animals. My business name is Briana's Photography & Briana's Animal Care. My competition is the vet and other photography business's. The location of my business would be in Kearney. the cots are between 2,000 and 10,000 dollars to start.
I am going to open a Culvers.It will be in Pleasanton, NE. I will target everyone that eats. It will cost around 1 million dollars. In the next year I will hopefully be making my money back. In the next five years I will be a millionaire.
I want to start a welding shop. I would try to buy out another shop that someone is retiring in. I don't know how much it would cost. I would put up flyers and then I would try to advertise on the radio to get my name out. My goals are to get my name established and try to build my company on good quality products and reasonable prices.
My business is going to be called Crazy Sweets. We will sell cookies, kolaches, brownies, and cake. I would like to start my business in the Kearney Hilltop mall. I will market to people that are either young, old or of mid-age. I figure the starting cost of this business will have to be around $6,000 including ads in the newspaper. I will put ads in the newspaper and put post ads around town. My goal in the near future will be to have a sweets store and make alot of profit.
My business is going to be a bait shop. It would be called Night Crawlers N' More. $100,000 is the estimated cost. A decent building may cost $15,000-$20,000. Inventory may take up $50,000-60,000. $1,000-$1,500 in insurance fees. $20-$30 in advertising which would be by signs around town. I would be targeting fishermen in the area. I will sell lures, night crawlers, leeches, minnows, tackle boxes, fishing poles, fishing reels, and hooks. In 5 years i want to have several stores state wide. My business would be a franchise. In 10 years I want to have many different types of advertisements. I would have a member's card that would give discounts. I will be a multi-millionaire in 10 years.
